E - Experience - අප පැමිණි ගමන් මඟ

 

EDSODA සංකල්පයට අනුව පළමුව කළ යුත්තේ පාසලේ පැමිණි ගමන් මාර්ගය හඳුනා ගැනීම ය. මා සේවය කරනු ලබන පාසල වන්නේ හාලි-ඇල විද්‍යා විද්‍යාලය යි. මෙම පාසල 1997 වර්ෂයේ දී දරුවන් 101 දෙනෙකුගෙන් ආරම්භ වූයේ ඌව පළාතට අවශ්‍ය පරිපාලන අධ්‍යාපන වැනි ඉහළ තනතුරු සඳහා ඌව පළාත තුළින් ම, දක්ෂතාවලින් හෙබි, නිපුණතාවලින් හෙබි පිරිසක් පත්කර ගැනීමේ චේතනාවෙන් එවකට මහ ඇමති ධූරය හෙබ වූ පර්සි සමරවීර මහතාගේ උදාර සංකල්පයකට අනුව ය. ඒ අනුව ඌව පළාත තුළ ශිෂ්‍යයත්වය සමත් ඉහළ ලකුණු ලබාගත් දරුවන් නේවාසිකව තබාගනිමින් මාධ්‍ය තුනෙන් ම සන්නද්ධ වන ආකාරයට ඔවුන්ගේ නිපුණතාවයන් ඉහළ නංවා ගැනීමට අවශ්‍ය ආකාරයට පාසල තුළ වැඩසටහන් නිර්මාණය වී තිබුණි. ඒ අනුව මනා පෞරුෂයකින් යුතු දරුවන් පිරිසක් පළාතට මෙන් ම රටට දායාද කිරීමේ අරමුණින් විෂය සමගාමී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් බහුතරයක් ම ක්‍රියාත්මක වී තිබුණි. 

According to the concept of EDSODA, the first thing to do is to identify the route taken by the school. The school I work at is Harley-Davidson College of Science. This school was started in the year 1997 with 101 children according to the noble concept of Mr. Percy Samaraweera, who was the Chief Minister at that time, with the intention of appointing talented and skilled people from within Uva province for high positions such as administrative education required by Uva province. Accordingly, programs had been created in the school in such a way that the children who passed the scholarship in Uva province would be kept in residence and equipped with all the three media to raise their skills. Accordingly, most of the co-curricular activities had been implemented with the aim of bequeathing a group of children with good personality to the province as well as to the country.
